Refunds & Returns

Returns are only accepted if non-perishable items have not been used. Returns of fresh and frozen perishable items (in our case food) are not accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific item. Once an order has been placed, any request for refund will be considered on a case by case basis.
